Business N Beer consists of local small business owners and American craft beer enthusiasts that find value in networking with other small business owners and enjoy discovering new micro breweries and brewpubs in the South Bay. We have several, with more coming.
As business owners, Tanya and I have found great value in networking with other business owners. Unfortunately, most of the networking groups we have found have mandatory meetings, dues, limit the number of people by the service or product they provide and have inconvenient meeting times. Meeting at a breakfast before work or at lunch during work can be stressful and actually minimizes the actual networking. As we have attended close to 100 trade shows, it did not take long to realize that the true business was being done after the day ended and people could relax at the Circle Bar or small party, over a drink or two. It was decided that we would have our Business N Beer gatherings after work, so attendees could relax and socialize. Let the business come to you rather than feel the need to work, work, work.
Business N Beer meets on the second Thursday of every month at 6:00 PM. We have no dues; there are no mandatory meetings and we are open to all. If your business can benefit by meeting new people and you enjoy American craft beer, you will want to join us. Since we do meet after work, you are more than welcome and encouraged to bring your significant other. You will want to bring a few business cards and a willingness to talk to strangers. They won’t be strangers for long.
